Meet the Pollinators
We know that the challenge for small companies can sometimes feel too great, too distant, and overwhelming to face.
So we thought we'd do something about that. As trained B Leaders coming from different areas of expertise, we knew we had knowledge and experience to share. So, after ample amounts of coffee and cake, The Pollinators was born.

Co - Founder & Chief Impact PollinatorI'm a trained B Leader and passionate advocate of the B Corp movement, and helping business turn thoughts into impact through certification is our principal offering. In March 2022 I co-founded The Pollinator Programme specifically to make certifying as a B Corp more accessible for micro-businesses and start-ups. I'm also a co-chair of the B Local Hampshire group that represents the movement in my area.

She’s been supporting businesses & aspiring B Corps for over five years and helps shape purpose led plans that create positive change.
Five percent for nature
At The Pollinators, our commitment to environmental stewardship goes beyond just words. We proudly donate 5% of our revenue to the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust (HIWWT), an organization dedicated to protecting and enhancing the natural habitats of our region.
The HIWWT is at the forefront of conservation efforts, working tirelessly to safeguard local wildlife and their habitats. Their projects include:
